Project Overview
As a Product Designer at Farmerline, I was involved in designing the CLMRS System. The system was developed to provide transparency and efficiency in addressing child labor issues across the cocoa supply chain. It centralizes the reporting of incidents, tracks ongoing cases, and generates actionable remediation plans. My role was to create an intuitive user interface that simplified the process for field agents and stakeholders, making it easier for them to log incidents, monitor progress, and implement resolutions. Although specific details of the platform are confidential, the goal was to enable [The Client] to take quick action and make substantial progress toward eliminating child labor in cocoa production.
